Please note that each registration payment entitles all authors to 1 presentation at the conference. Each additional presentation must be accompanied by a registration payment.

The Organising Committee of ACE 2006 and its Appointed Profession Conference Organiser shall not be held responsible for personal accidents, illness, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of ACE 2006. Delegates are advised to arrange for their personal insurance for the duration of the conference and tours.

Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the conference mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, should the need arise, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice.

 

Payment Details

  1. Registration payment can be made using credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), or cheque/bank draft. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "Integrated Meetings Specialist Pte Ltd".
  2. All cheques / bank draft should be made payable to "INTEGRATED MEETINGS SPECIALIST PTE LTD" and mail to the secretariat. Kindly write your name, contact number and "ACE 2006" at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
  3. Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or a local branch of a foreign bank will be accepted.
  4. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  5. Registration is NOT transferable.
  6. If you are using another person's credit card to make online payment, please complete the CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FORM and fax it back to the secretariat at (65) 6295 5792 in order for the payment to be processed and confirmed.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 30th May 2006.
  2. There will no refund for cancellations made after 30th May 2006.
  3. Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organiser.
  4. Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.
  5. Request for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to:
